Custom Embroidery

Add a premium touch to your apparel with StarPrints' custom embroidery services. We specialize in detailed, high-quality embroidery for t-shirts, hats, polos, hoodies, and more—perfect for team uniforms, branded merchandise, or elevated everyday wear. Whether you're creating classic logo wear or something bold and creative, our embroidery delivers lasting quality and style.

Quality that pops!

At StarPrints, we do embroidery differently. While most shops race through orders at up to 11,000 stitches per minute, we intentionally slow things down—capping our machines at around 800 stitches per minute. Why? Because precision matters.

By prioritizing quality over speed, we ensure every stitch lands exactly where it should—delivering sharp, clean embroidery that looks great and lasts long, no matter the size of your order.

Custom Embroidery FAQs

Illustration
What types of garments can you embroider? +
We embroider a wide range of items including t-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, hats, beanies, and more. If you're unsure about a specific garment, just ask—chances are we can make it work.
What’s the difference between embroidery and screen printing? +
Embroidery involves stitching thread directly into the fabric for a textured, long-lasting design. Screen printing uses ink printed onto the garment. Embroidery is ideal for smaller logos or designs that need a premium look.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery? +
Yes, our standard embroidery minimum is typically 24 pieces per design. If you need a smaller run, contact our team and we’ll do our best to help.
Can you match my brand’s colors? +
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of thread colors and can match your brand’s colors as closely as possible using Pantone equivalents or visual references.
What’s digitizing, and is there a fee? +
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a format our embroidery machines can read. A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the complexity of your design, but we keep costs transparent and affordable.
How long does embroidery production take? +
Standard turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available—just let us know what you need.
Can I combine embroidery with screen printing in the same order? +
Definitely! Many of our clients mix embroidery (for hats or polos) with screen printing (for tees or hoodies) to build a cohesive branded collection.
