Refund Policy

At Starprints MFG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at rehan@starprintsmfg.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at rehan@starprintsmfg.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
